• Avoid sleeping with Clip & Go Extensions; remove them from your hair before you sleep for a more comfortable rest and to prevent wear and tear on your hair extensions. • When exercising, you should remove your hair extensions; this keeps the hair fresher and you won't need to wash it as often. • Air out your hair when you feel it's not fresh; you don't need to wash it every time you shower. If this doesn't help, then it's time to wash it. When you do need to wash it, do so separately and lightly towel dry it before letting it air dry. Brush through the hair when it's dry again.
