Flat Keratin: Melt the wax as usual and then quickly shape it with your fingers so that the wax encloses the strand to which the extensions are attached. Then, pinch the wax with the square part of the pliers and hold for a few seconds. The wax will be shaped according to the pliers, creating flat attachments that lie flat against the scalp.
Removal: Apply a drop of gel remover to the keratin bond and squeeze with the ribbed part of the pliers until the wax is dissolved. Be careful not to pull the strand while squeezing; instead, squeeze firmly and try to rotate the strand slightly to crush the keratin from all sides.
